Plastic tanks can be vertical and horizontal. They are made of the same material as vertical plastic tanks, from high density polyethylene (PEHD) and polypropylene (PP), by spiral wind technology.
Horizontal Tanks are widely used
Plastic tanks can be used as overhead tanks or tanks buried in the ground. If you use it as above-ground, they must be placed on special bearings to stand firmly on the substrates. Due to the already mentioned properties they are not difficult, they can be placed on tractor trailers and as mobile water tanks, or they can be used as milk tanks, irrigation of soil…
Oil tanks must be buried
If they are used as oil tanks or some other type of fuel, they must be buried in the ground, and depending on the place where they are buried, it is necessary to carry out the calculation and dimensioning of the tank due to the pressure of the earth to cover it. In the industry, they can be used for storing and transporting chemicals because they are resistant to chemical influences.
Plastic water tanks can be used instead of built concrete tanks for water
From our experience, they are mostly used as water tanks, mobile or buried in the ground, where they completely replaced concrete water tanks. Due to market needs, we developed several more products, such as septic tanks or fruit and vegetable sprays. Because of their easy maintenance, they are only washed with water, they do not absorb smells, that each part of them remains unchanged, can be used unlimitedly in all spheres of the industry, the households of agriculture.
They can easily be connected to all plumbing installations because they can be used for all types of standard and non-standard connections. One of the advantages is that they can be installed on trailers or various trailers, so they can be used as tanks for carrying water or other fluids.
